Mumtaz Ali belongs to Peshawar. Early Schooling was from Mardan and Peshawar. He did his bachelor in Computer Science from Government College Peshawar and Master in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar. He received his MS in Information Technology degree from Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar. After completing his master degree he joined EPIC Marketing services and gain experience in the field of computer networks and databases. He also gained valuable experience working as Computer Network Administrator in Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar. Mr. Mumtaz was also part of mega IT infrastructure projects in the Institute of Management Sciences. After this experience, he joined City University of Science and IT as Lecturer in 2012 and was promoted to the post of Assistant Professor in January 2017. Mr. Mumtaz has published ten research papers in different international conferences and journals
