Mr. Saifullah Jan is a Lecturer and Postgraduate Coordinator at the City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT), Peshawar, Pakistan, and a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science. His research focuses on context-aware recommender systems, particularly in the domain of advertisement recommendation, where he integrates user behavior modeling, contextual data, and machine learning to enhance personalization and user engagement.

He has published several journal articles and book chapters on topics including intelligent recommendation models, multimodal image processing, and sentiment analysis. His earlier MS research explored urbanization and land surface temperature using remote sensing techniques.

Mr. Jan also serves as the Focal Person for the National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) at CUSIT, leading successful accreditation initiatives in Computer Science and Software Engineering. With certifications in Oracle and CIW technologies, he combines academic expertise with practical technical knowledge. His professional interests lie in intelligent systems, contextual computing, and AI-driven personalization.
