Department of English -CUSIT

Ms. Uzma Khalil has been serving as a lecturer in the department of English. She has completed MS in Linguistics form University of Peshawar. She started her teaching career in January, 2013. Her area of specialization is Linguistics. Her area of interest are Discourse Analysis, Stylistics, Psycholinguistics, Cognitive Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, Forensic Linguistics and Internet Linguistics. She has total of four publications as principle author. She has also attended multiple research conferences both national and international. She is not only serving as a lecturer but also contributed as being coordinator of the department. Ms. Uzma has arranged and organized different events in the university. She is dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social, academic, and research growth and development of both students and institution.
