Rehman Ullah belongs to Charsadda, Pakistan. He was born in Shabqadar Charsadda. Early schooling was from Shabqadar Charsadda. . He attended college in Ekka Ghund, Mohmand Agency. The exposure to diverse cultures and norms, helped him groom faster. He did his Bachelors from Govt Degree college Ekka Gund, Mohmand Agency. He received his Master Degree in English From City University, Peshawar. Currently, he is serving as a Lecturer in English in City University in the Department of English with additional charges of a coordinator.
