Project Planning and Implementation

Dr. Attaullah shah is the current Vice Chancellor (VC) of Karakoram International University (KIU), Gilgit and former Vice Chancellor (VC) of City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT), Peshawar. He did his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Taxila-Pakistan in 2009.
The seminar was concerned with establishing a predetermined course of action within a forecasted environment and the decision making of choosing alternative courses of actions to accomplish the objectives of civil engineering projects. The seminar was an in-depth course providing project managers with the skills, knowledge and tools needed for project success. The attendees of the event learned the essential steps in setting up project plans, scheduling work, exercising appropriate control and monitoring progress to achieve desired project goals
