Personnel Profile
Dr. Farhad Ali has joined the Mathematics Department as Assistant Professor and Deputy Director ORIC at the CUSIT, after the completion of his MS and Ph.D from Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science, UTM, Johor Bahru.
The title of his Ph.D research was "EXACT SOLUTIONS FOR UNSTEADY FLOWS OF NEWTONIAN AND NON-NEWTONIAN FLUIDS USING LAPLACE TRANSFORM " In his span of study, he got several awards such as 
1. Pro-chancellor award
2. Best student award
3. UTM International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) (2012-2014) 
4. UTM Visiting Junior Researcher award. 
During his time he published 27 research papers in ISI indexed journals with cumulative impact factor more than 40. Some of the prestigious journals where he has published his research work include
